Possibly FoxInCloud or Rick - but (guessing you have buried your vfp discs somewhere) would not some tool to extract sources utilizing vfp runtimes be enough on a local VM ? On codeplex the code generation of class browser is fixed, a better SccText is found and here on UT used to be a tool to compare vcx/scx by turning them into source files ;-)
