I know it's a form of snobbery but as soon as I hear the word "Access" my mind goes back to the nineties when the bane of my working life was spreadsheets ( starts life as a modelling tool then ...) And then "Access" came out ( read "fuc***g" nightmare ) and I had to reeducate all the accountants to "please ask me if you want a database" all over again , maybe I'm getting jaded but I've just started work after an eighteen month break, for a software house and they are seriously into CRM'S ( for f**** sake ) freedom etc...
