No, but in an interview someone might panic or not be able to think about it enough to realize when the WHILE clause is evaluated. By itself I wouldn't put much weight on the answer (right or wrong) (well, unless they answer anything except 9, 10 or 11), but it could push a candidate one way or the other over the course of the entire interview.
