I was not personally offended. I was, however, astonished (but honestly not that surprised) to find such language in his post on this site.

And while we unfortunatley live in a world where "thou shalt not do or say anything which might possibly offend somebody somewhere" I think this was offensive (and I realized the contradiction) and deserving of censure.
