I just realized how someone could have interpreted the thread title!
No way on that one - Casa KG remains a trio. Myself, my wife, and the little princess who owns a million Disney dolls.

This was a difficult decision. I could have stayed with my primary client that got bought, but would have meant moving to a location I wasn't interested in.

It's been an interesting few months talking to different places. Ran into a company that claimed they had new projects, when in fact they didn't have actual contracts locked up. Ran into another place where someone approached me under less than factual pretenses (was directly proposing a work scenario he hadn't cleared with his boss, who actually had different ideas).

But then a good and legit offer landed on my doorstep, one I couldn't refuse.
