Yes. And all the interchanges have been re-engineered to accommodate entry/exit for the split lanes, including toll plazas in some cases. As I've read it, they've moved or replaced all the trees they disturbed in the construction process.

I noticed little change in my time northbound - but it's nice not to be surrounded by huge trucks.
It's a big deal southbound in the rush hour or on holidays.
