I use Setup Specialist and think that it is an excellent tool. Follow Josh Weiss' advice on including all the right files for VFP...this approach worked for me. If you are really interested, I could send you the setup I use via backchannel.

Check out the website for more information: www.setupspecialist.com. They have been responsive with my technical questions. My only complaint is that their on-line Knowledge Base is weak, but they are working on it.
