I'd try Object Orientation in Visual FoxPro, by Savanah Brentnall. It's a 3.0 book but still applicable today. It'll get you up to speed on VFP's object orientation. It doesn't really touch much on data though, for a broader view of all of VFP's capability, I'd suggest Visual FoxPro 6 Enterprise Development by John Petersen and Rod Paddock.
