I would think any place you can have a child of a child table. I am using one for a P/O application. For each P/O line I can have multiple receivings (first p-view) each of which may have multiple serial numbers (second p-view) Both handled in grids but you would only want the serial numbers of the selected receiving line to show in the second grid. The only thing you have to be careful of is to do REQUERY(2) after REQUERY(1) and to reset the pointer in view 1 after requerying it which may be part of the original problem. Open to discussion. HTH
