>Going out on a limb and guessing this is an HP printer. HP drivers are notoriously bad. (I quit buying HP printers years ago due to driver problems). You may be able to use a driver with an older PCL version or a generic HP driver.
Not sure. Lanier multifunction something or other, using a Ricoh driver. Followed other googled advice and reinstalled the same printer driver, remains to be seen what happens.
