He could have stayed in the car when Michael Brown was walking away and wait for the backup. Darren Wilson knew that Michael Brown didn't have a gun; otherwise, why would he try to grab the officer's gun. I don't believe much to what Darren Wilson said last night in the interview with George Stephanapoulos; it was BS (just like testimonies of the "witnesses"). This case should have gone to court.

I agree that there were many options for Wilson that didn't involve killing Brown.
The problem for the grand jury was that the law didn't require Wilson to choose those options before shooting.
If I had been on the jury, I'd have had to made the same call they did.
That said, the family probably can win a wrongful death suit against Wilson and the town of Ferguson.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
