Ah yes that's good, but the Starter edition is next to useless as anything more than a single screen will cause it go over whatever size limits they have for it.

We can hope that things will change - Microsoft probably tried to buy them and they didn't go for it would be my guess and now MS is subsidizing them with incentives to make it easier for VS devs to get into the platform.
