Read the article, then to see the really cool thing click the View the "ECM in Color Handbook" link. The whole thing is a hyperlinked diagram of a system. Each component in the upper right frame is clickable to get more detailed info in the lower right frame.

Then click the second link in the upper left frame and the colored diagram opens with clickable object items.
