Yes, the project has been re-compiled many times, and it is VERY random. It can happen at ANY place, ANY time. Launching the entire program, launching something from the menu, right clicking on a form in design and hitting run.....etc. etc. I will say that it always does seem to happen when I do something. All of those things I listed, issuing a browse from command window, whatever, but not when say I am just typing code....

Quite maddening.....
