For the past 2 months I've been trying to get Samsung to send me a restore disk for my tabletPC. Thus far they have:
1. Never send the disk - said it "didn't make it into the right que"
2. Sent the wrong disk (64 bit not 32 bit)
3. Sent the wrong disk again (64 bit not 32 bit)
4. Never "processed it all the way" - so never got disk.
5.Now says they've sent the disk again, but unable to tell me what it is they sent - so I'm waiting (needless to say I expect a problem)
I've called their customer support line and done the live-chat-support thing. Does anyone know how to get a hold of a person at samsung, that is not a complete idiot and maybe has some authority?
