Things are good, other than my sleep patterns. Or lack of them. Without the structure of a regular job to go to it is unpredictable when I sleep. I am working on a novel, which so far sucks. The other thing of note is that I am working on plans to go see the KC Royals play next season. This is part of my ongoing project to go to a game at every MLB park. A guy who used to work for me lives there so I have accommodations. He is quite a character so we had our moments. Let's just say he didn't like authority. One of my dumber moves was firing him over the phone. After we got off the phone I asked myself if I was insane, firing a former Marine sniper.
