No, just one copy.... turns out, when I deleted the offending table from the DE, then clicked on the RED close button for the report form, it was not saving the change !!

So, after the deletion of the table, I then move a text object on the report form on pixel, then clicked on the RED close button, THEN the close dialogue form comes up, and I then select to save the change!!!

Yikes.... I never saw that happen before, but now it is saved and all is happy!!!
