Initially we had our eye on a place just outside Stamford, CT.....but then we came across a place in White Plains that we couldn't resist.

As for Uncle Billy - that's a reference from the movie "It's A Wonderful Life". Uncle Billy is George Bailey's kind-hearted but sometimes absent-minded Uncle who helps out at the Bailey Savings and Loan. On Christmas Eve, Uncle Billy loses 8 thousand dollars that he's supposed to deposit in the bank, and that sets off a chain reaction of events.

The entire movie is a classic, and the final scenes are perhaps the most emotional ending of any movie that's ever been made. If you've never watched it - watch it. It is the greatest movie ever made.
