IE says DMR is not supported. The other two remains black when the movie starts. What is this DMR and how to workaround that?

I think you mean DRM http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_rights_management (or is it in French?), You can check http://support.microsoft.com/kb/891664 as an starting point
