I got a weird scenario where a graphic from Foxcharts will not show on Windows 8.1 if started from an EXE. If the same EXE is launched from inside VFP development environment, it work. If the EXE is launched from another version of Windows (prior to 8), it work.

System.APP is called at startup in all cases and is located in the same folder as the executable.

Any help ?
