Thanks to everyone. I've found the solution. In Windows 8, I have to set the compatibility mode of the EXE to Windows 7 for the graphics to appear.

>I got a weird scenario where a graphic from Foxcharts will not show on Windows 8.1 if started from an EXE. If the same EXE is launched from inside VFP development environment, it work. If the EXE is launched from another version of Windows (prior to 8), it work.
