That goes against how Windows apps should work, where the user controls their workflow and what windows they want open.
However, you can easily disable menus using GenMenuX to generate the menu.
http://www.aksel.com/genmenux/>Gotcha. The menu option does contain the Do Form Vendors.scx. The form pops up, but then all the menu options at the top of the screen are still enabled. I would like for them to disable while the user has that particular form open. Once the user closes the form, then the menu at the top of the screen is enabled.
