Yes, but that's your bad paraphrase. KG asked me to prove that had the ACA happened 20 years ago, his family would not be experiencing the turmoil they currently face wrt fibromyalgia that has a speckled history in more than one jurisdiction. You turned that into a story about the totality of healthcare planning.
