Note that I didn't assume anything. I raised it as a question. Admittedly I raised the question because Mike connected your being an M.D. with having informed opinions on ACA that are somehow elevated above the rest of us. I'm paraphrasing Mike's words, though I think faithfully.
And so the question was (and is), do you practice medicine in the U.S.? (Or back in your home land). It's a simple question, JR. Obviously I'm not an M.D. and I don't practice medicine but that doesn't stop me from voicing my views in ACA.
