And it was unduly flip of me to claim otherwise.
That said.. I've been going to MD's for a long, long time and during all that time, never once have I heard one say what, in fact, was often the real truth:
"I don't know."
Advise your colleagues that if they'll add that phrase to their lexicons, I'll be quiet and stop complaining so much.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
