This text comes from the SQL Server saved as quazi XML and then massaged in the C# code to make it the way it looks. I can post the XMLDisplay function code if needed, I developed it a while ago I am guessing with some help from here (most likely by Rob or you).
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
