The biggest issues I've had are
1) Required questions I consider intrusive as part of the licensing procedure.
2) Difficult to use software. For example, the last time I used Turbo Tax (many years ago), one of the first things it asked was, "What form do you want to use?" My response, "How the hell do I know. You're supposed to be the tax specialist"
There are also features I'd like to see, such as better tracking for loans.
>Quicken and Quick Books had - and still have - the advantage of not trying to please high-end users with a lot of rarely-used features that confuse most users.
