>>>No, a big resounding NO because of their website. There's all about marketing, soundbites, tech support, how smart we are, bla bla bla. Ah, and the good results it shows on crash tests. No mention of the inherent instability of trikes in curves (which would be the reason they'd need to have a seriously caged cabin and pass crash tests with flying flags).

>>>Worse, there's no technical specs that I could find. There's a features page, but with subtitles like "4 must-haves" and such marketing crap. No mention of what everyone looks at when buying a seco... oops, pre-owned car: the engine, the optionals, the kind of shift etc. Cat in a bag, I wouldn't be buying it even if I needed it and it was theoretically a perfect fit for me, just because of this "you're a stupid buyer, you don't need to know that, here's what you need to know" bullshit.

If they don't care about that, what else do they deem not important in the kitchen? Not eating there, and I told her so. Created an event, and I hope someone got the message.

You are more fervent than I am. If there is something I want to buy, a grammatical error is not going to send me haring out the door. I still notice errors in grammar but they don't bother me anymore as long as I understand what the writer meant. They are at the tail end of the curve of what's important IMO.

As far as restaurant kitchens, you do NOT want to spend any time there. And I say that having worked in a couple of them in college. Neither was a greasy spoon and it wasn''t like they (we) didn't care but getting food off the line and out to customers as rapidly as possible always took precedence. And this was one of the places that cared enough to take reasonable precautions. There are a lot of restaurants that don't care at all. Think Chinese, for example.

Or Korean. It brings a smile to my face remembering how the Korean government cracked down on dog meat during the Seoul Olympics. From what I read a lot of Koreans eat dogs right alongside chickens, pigs, and cattle. Keep the dogs off the street and in the kitchen. For that period of time, though, no no no no; westerners don't like it.
