Most problems I have noticed are usually with your Internet Service Provider. Their equipment, there connection & quite possibly 'their' provider.

Other problems spring up from cut cables & recently bad weather has knocked out some service hubs for periods of time. Take all this into account and you can see problems.

I have had problems also & when investigated via others around the world the usual explanation is my connection. This service (UT, VFUG, etc) has been pretty stable and running solidly for most of the time with only minor interruptions.
