They are offering those who want it the ability to buy Visual Extend with VFP as a bundled deal before their agreement with MS ends. Whats the problem other than they are charging a price for their framework and essentially including a VFP license for free?

I had MSDN Pro as well and know what it offers. Still I think the Visual Extend offer is not a bad one - you get a framework plus VFP license. I don't use a framework but if someone wanted one then this is not a bad offer. And although possibly unsolicited it is relevant to VFP developers. I am not a Visual Extend user or prospect (never have been) and I did not get any email from them even though I have been in the VFP community from the earliest days. So they did not just send to anyone and everyone but I am guessing to email addresses that they had on file either from clients or from prior inquiries they have received for their product. In a world filled to the brim with BS spam this is a minor thing for me.
