One area used to have a view which is already deleted and therefore a view from Shared folder is supposed to be used. However, even though the view is deleted, it still shows up. I meant cshtml file. That file is supposed to be deleted (it's not shown in the Solution Explorer) but it still shows instead of default view from the Shared folder. I suspect it's because it's not really deleted in the directory structure. I will manually delete the view from the folder, but this is inconvenient. I myself deleted a few views and when I tested everything worked fine for me. I guess the other developers may encounter the same situation as I encountered now with that view deleted by somebody else.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
