I have become semi-addicted to this show. Gordon Ramsey is sometimes brutal in his assessments of restaurants but if you are serious about your restaurant this is the kind of advice you want to hear. He does not mess around. I am not a restaurant insider but it rings true. On the last episode I watched he gave a chef hell for microwaving a leftover dish. The chef denied it and Gordon said don't give me that, it went through the microwave. The chef finally admitted it and said he wouldn't do it again. (Eyeballs rolling).
