I have a computer that I don't use very often but today, when I started this computer, connection to SQL Server 2008 R2 failed. I tried to go to the SQL Server Configuration Manager but get error
The Remote Procedure call failed [0x800706be].
I Googled this error but most of the messages on this error point to something to do with either Azure or installation of SQL Server 2012. I have not installed or dealt with neither.
Anyone has had this error and was able to fix it?
