It has seemed that the problem occurs on my development PC after I shutdown Outlook 97. It's almose as if the timer keeps checking for e-mail and then Outlook isn't running and then it hangs. The problems on my clients machines so far seem to be according to how long they are running the apps. One client does not run any e-mail nor are they on the net. However, more often than not they lock up in the afternoon after they have been running the app all day. It is like their resources are being drained and I am trying to find out from them what the resources level is so I am adding code to check for that as well. The problem with the FATAL EXCEPTION C00000005 is that there is no way to handle any output to the LOG file since VFP is out of there. If I don't run Outlook 97 at all on my development PC it runs fairly well. However, sometimes just switching windows between multiple IE4 sessions has hung it before as well. I mean no screen refreshes nothing. How long are your 10 testers running your apps without quiting the app?
