Not sure whether you appreciate the sea change from the traditional model in which the physician is a customer of the hospital and can take business elsewhere if dissatisfied, to the future model where the physician is a hospital employee who will go home at 5pm and shrug anything contentious upstairs to the manager. If you think the hacks run the system now, you have a treat in store.
