Answering from tripwire mansion, there are keyloggers sold for most wired devices as well, probably most of them in some USB form.
Wireless keyboards and mice never made sense for me, as they add unneccessary dependencies while widening the zone in need to be secure to physical access.
Now only script-kiddie level is needed, probably only making some expensive national security gear cheaper and available to the public
To be honest, while I love my tablet, I wish there was a way to have it access the net through a charging wire, so I could close down wireless most of the time.
But power over LAN had too stiff cables for "handling" use and I only have seen USB-Lan adapters for traditional ports, so uncertain if it could be made to work on USB-OTG capable devices...
