I'm just amazed at the notion that this is somehow a welfare program, and even more amazed at the notion that "net worth" and "cold cash" are the same thing (in reading some of the comments on that web page)

Probably the best comment in there was the one about ACA being a wealth transfer program...confiscation programs are funny that way :)
