Sorry. That won't work here.
There are good guys and bad guys and every profession has its share o both.
The difference here is that these shamans wrap the cloaks of savior around themselves to avoid the scrutiny that the others get.
"What, did you want me to let her die?"
How do I answer that nonsense?

Well, any time you want, take a ride to Hamilton, NJ and I'll introduce to you a guy with an MD from a good med school who spends his days clipping toenails for seniors like myself.
Before I moved to Hamilton, there was another one on Long Island.
Medicare will pay for a clipping every 90 days. When they set the date for my next clipping, it miraculously always lands exactly 90 days from the last clipping.
Isn't that a marvelous coincidence?
Sometimes I stretch it a couple of months and they get all perturbed. Nonetheless, I miraculously survive during that extended time.
Medicare and AARP pay him $47/clip. He does about 5/hr so it pays his golf green fees, I guess.
PS.. we have great pizza in Hamilton, and I'll buy.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
