I comfortable with this. Also, since I'm bary look at the TV screen I can hear them the lights turning on.
The lights will not make a sound. Badly wired installation might. PTC (aka light bulbs) have heavy currents on startup so a transformer nearby might make very audible noises. Lousy switchs, thermical problems will add up
