Basically, for my desktop application, the one I use for testing, which runs on Windows 8.1, after I adjusted for that, it also resized the file in the exact same file size.

Then, for the Web Service application, it was already ok. However, the application pool was running it in 32 bits. I adjusted that and it worked.
