We have one sausage called the same (bela kobasica), but the german name for it is Leberwurst - liver sausage, also called džigernjača or jetrenjača (from džigerica or jetra, both words for liver in serbian). It's called white because that's the color of the gut into which it's stuffed - it's a bit thicker, not transparent, and the diameter is about 4cm.

It's not like breakfast as used after awake. It's later on the day a secondary meal. In bavaria beer is not counted as an alcoholic beverage so it's ok to have one during working time.
The Wheat beer is fine, the sausage is not my style.

The picture in the sausage article shows a sliced saucage. Never do this while indigene bavarians are around! The artice describes the official procdure!
