Though I' not sure what exactly is this white sausage. We have one sausage called the same (bela kobasica), but the german name for it is Leberwurst - liver sausage, also called džigernjača or jetrenjača (from džigerica or jetra, both words for liver in serbian). It's called white because that's the color of the gut into which it's stuffed - it's a bit thicker, not transparent, and the diameter is about 4cm.
