answer was to message#1614153, the OP was a bit impatient. I had a short look at the site mentioned, found the site and parts of the agreement unbearable and gave an answer.

I just went over site appearance / licensing / forum. Found no trace of an owner on the page. Found the whole site strange. Forum not vivid.

And I can not locate any french appearance of the owner or the product.

I mean, a french developer doing an english only site. For all I remember there are french VFP developers. I found a lot of stuff in french to VFP. I'm in no way fluent to french But I found a way or the folks had the kindness to have some english translation. I never saw something like this by a french person.

I was asked for my opinion. I could be completely wrong - but that's my impression. Software will not touch my comp.
