Do you mean a setting of the IDE where I run the app? The problem is the same when I run from Explorer.
Or do you mean a development setting? The question is, what is changed ... I see nothing
I had a similar problem a while ago where a data included to the exe errorusly was not found. But this was some test and i have changed nothing then a name of a file, but those are other apps and other files.
