But I had my sporty moments, though - even with my old Corolla I'd leave all those natives way behind when the light goes green - being lazy and sleepy and absentminded is their own fault - so I'd get to the speed limit really fast, and keep it so. Then they'd step on it and pass me in their tanks (or whatever is appropriate to call them SUVs), then we'd play again on the next light.

I found it a lot easier driving a manual (stick shift to them over there) I hired in Spain. The gear stick was on my right and I'm right handed . It was surprising the difference it made.
