Ok, we are getting somewhere. I added the event and made a call to the method.

It is going ok until that line:

webServiceConfig = assBase.[GetType]("System.Web.Services.Configuration.WebServicesConfiguration")

This type does not exist. I assume it is an error on the referenced page. I am not sure what is the proper value that has to be put in there. I do not see any other namespace after System.Web.Services.Configuration.
