>>I don't give a hoot what you think about it or what Doris has to say. Unless you have done it, you can't say squat about what others have gone through or experienced. It is endemic today for people to feel disenfranchised by whatever odds the feel, where in the truth is, get off your ass and make it happen. That is anathema to the liberals who want to make sure the field is level for everyone and no one has to exert themselves.

Whoa, dude. I have no comment about what you did or didn't do. I'm simply quoting figures from the Shippensburg website. I also pointed out that 98% of students get financial aid and >80% take out an average $29K student loan. Who knows: depending on the amount of assistance, it may be possible to make ends meet without working >40 hours per week, though Joe Average still ends up with a mortgage-sized loan that we never faced.

I'd also point to something else that seems more likely in the internet age: e.g. google Miriam Weeks to see how she took care of her $60K per annum tuition fees.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
