That isn't news really new news. Santorum has said that several times. There are only 2 recent Republican "wanna-be" candidates I actually detest - Santorum is one and Newt is another.

Diane Feinstein has said that if it were up to her, Americans wouldn't own guns.
Barack Obama and his wife have written legal briefs and have sent letters in defense of partial birth abortions.
Nancy Pelosi encouraged young musicians and artists to quit their day jobs and pursue their dreams, now that they have health care.
And then there's the insanity that comes from the mind of Sarah Palin.

See what I'm getting at? :)

If we're going to start evaluating the insane positions that come from specific politicians, we're going to be here all night.

I don't give a flip in space what they say. None of them are going to successfully introduce legislation.
