While "never say never", I do not see Roe v Wade being overturned in our lifetimes.

The most I would see is more specific language on viability - and I wouldn't bet against the 20 week limits that they're trying to push in Texas.

Don't know if you're aware of this, but some of the liberal judges who voted for the decision on Roe v Wade have since acknowledged that the original decision went too far and was too broad.

The truth is that about 89% of abortions occur in the first trimester, and about 95% by 20 weeks.

If states opt to set specific laws at 20-24 weeks and criminalize beyond that (except for life of the mother and the other exceptions)...and some already have.... then we just have to deal with the crazies on both sides (the personhood people and the few who still believe PBAs should be legal)
