Nancy,
Thanks for the replies. To be honest, I can't tell if we're talking about the same thing or not. Here is an example of the layout of the box and the labels inside it:
______________________
| Label1 Label2 |
| Label3 Label4 |
---------------------------------------------
In the designer and print preview there is space between the top of the box and Lanel1 and Label2. On the printout the top of Label1 and Label2 are touching the top line of the box. Please word your response relative to this example. Thanks.
>Colin,
>I may have misunderstood you... Did you set the box _and_ the label it surrounds to relative to top of band? And set the _second_ label relative to float?

>>Yes it's a box and the text inside is a label. Either the text is shifting up or the box is shifting down when printed. The font used is Arial Bold 10. I tried setting the box relative to the top of the band and the label to float relative, and vice-versa with the same results. The thing that irks me the most is that the report comes out fine in screen preview but not on the printer. So much for WYSIWYG. Any other ideas?
